How are you? I havent heard from you in like, ever. Apologies for editing your post but I have children read through the site. I suspect that the ban or lack of it isn't going to change a thing in terms of people carrying weapons or the like. In terms of rangers, I think that if the Feds want to help or are really concerned about the gun issue they should offer police training if anybody wants to take it. Some national parks are pretty big and I am not worried about four legged animals only some two legged ones at times.
