Here is a short video from the set up for the Amateur Radio Field Day from June 21 and 22. I visited the Topanga Canyon Emergency Services set up on June 21. I made about 20 contacts. The purpose of Field Day is to see how many contacts one can make and quickly. The training is for receiving and transmitting efficiently in the event of a disaster. I had fun and may go back for other Field Days in the future.
