We still need to be creating jobs

and apparently we aren’t doing this the right way.  We may be creating some jobs, sure, but they aren’t profitable for people to take since most of them are for minimum wage.  The latest thing appears to be for cities to declare bankruptcy to get out of paying their wages.

‘How about our leaders, who we have elected into office to make change, start working on viable plans on making change instead of saying that things are slow or bad?

If we offer decent tax incentives to make it worthwhile for companies to employee people in California and the US, the jobs will come.  Even with automation it can be worthwhile and profitable to employ people locally to manufacture items that were once made here, went overseas and now is coming back on-shore.

If nothing else one would expect to see a rise in global climate change companies where they can make goods and offer services to help people deal with the ongoing climate changes that we will probably have for the foreseeable future.  I am just sayin’.

Both Presidential candidates and all members of Congress have to wake up and not worry so much about who is contributing money but also about what is good for our country and right now – we need people to be employed.

Open to suggestions and as always your comments.  Stay healthy, watch your budget and hope you are profitable in all your endeavors.
